Arguments

`pMan`	[OUT] OAM manager entity
`from`	[IN] OAM management region-start index
`to`	[IN] OAM management region-end index
`type`	[IN] OAM type

Return Values

Success or failure.

Description

Initializes the OAM Manager entity. This function must be called before making use of the OAM Manager itself. The value of from must be less than or equal to the value of to. This function was kept in order to maintain compatibility with older versions. For new applications, use the NNS_G2dGetNewOamManagerInstance function instead.
