WMErrCode WM_PowerOn( WMCallbackFunc callback );
Starts the power to the wireless hardware
If the return value is WM_ERRCODE_OPERATING, a callback is called after power is supplied to the wireless hardware. This function can only be called when the WM is in the STOP state. As a result of this function, the state changes to IDLE.
