This function should be called before transferring the texture image to the texture image slot. Internally, it allocates to LCDC the banks that were allocated to the texture image slot and prepares to DMA transfer the texture image using GX_LoadTex.
Note: VRAM banks must be allocated to the texture image slot using GX_SetBankForTex in advance.
