Arguments

`pCellAnim`	[OUT] Cell animation.
`speed`	[IN] Animation playback speed.

Return Values

None.

Description

Sets the playback speed of the cell animation. The name of this function was changed to NNS_G2dSetCellAnimationSpeed. This function will remain to maintain compatibility.
