Arguments

`pCellAnim`	[OUT] Cell animation
`pAnimSeq`	[IN] Animation sequence
`pCellDataBank`	[IN] Cell data bank

Return Values

None.

Description

Initializes the cell animation. The name of this function has been changed to NNS_G2dInitCellAnimation. This function will remain to maintain compatibility.
